Questions
- What is the minimum order?
- There is no hard minimum. Bulk pricing usually starts around 20 pieces, and centerpieces and props can be ordered one at a time.
- How far ahead should I order?
- Two to three weeks is comfortable for most event orders; large runs or painted builds need longer. Tell us your date and we will say straight away if it is doable.
- Can you match our colours or logo?
- Yes. We print in a wide range of colours and finishes, including glow-in-the-dark and silk, and can work from your logo or brand colours. We can't reproduce other companies' trademarks or licensed characters.
- Do you deliver locally?
- Yes — local pickup or drop-off around Winter Park and Orlando, or we ship anywhere in the US.
- How do I pay?
- A 50% deposit by secure Square invoice books the order, and the balance is due before delivery. Checks are fine for businesses.
