Privacy Policy

Poppy Printz 3D is a small shop in Winter Park, Florida. This page says what we collect when you use poppyprintz.com, what we do with it, and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

  • Orders. Checkout is run by Square. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. Your card details go to Square and are never seen or stored by us.
  • Custom and bulk requests. The name, email, phone number (optional), description, answers and reference photos you send in the form. We store them and they are emailed to us so we can reply and quote.
  • Concept previews. If you use the preview tool, your description, options and photos are sent to Google's image model to draw a concept. If you approve one it is saved with your request. To limit use of the tool we keep a scrambled code derived from your IP address (not the address itself) for about a day.
  • Your cart. Kept in your own browser until you check out or clear it.
  • Site usage. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited. It uses cookies and similar identifiers and collects things like pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

Please do not upload photos of people unless you have their permission.

How we use it

To make and ship your order, reply to your request, keep the site secure and stop abuse, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who helps us handle it

We use service providers to run the shop: Square (payments and invoices), Cloudflare (hosting, security and forwarding email sent to our addresses), Supabase (storing requests and photos), Resend (sending email), and Google (Analytics, the concept preview, and the Gmail inbox where email you send us is received and stored). They handle your information only to provide those services, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep order and request records for as long as we need them to fulfil the order, answer questions about it, and meet tax and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to us through the contact page. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and Google offers an opt-out add-on for Analytics. Some records, such as paid orders, we are required to keep.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
