By ordering from poppyprintz.com you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so if anything is unclear, ask us first.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change. Sales tax is added at checkout, and shipping is charged as shown in the cart. An order is accepted when we start making it; if we cannot fill it we will tell you and refund you in full. Payments are processed by Square.

Made by hand, made to order

Our pieces are 3D printed and finished by hand, so colours, textures and small details can differ a little from the photos and from piece to piece. Making and shipping times on a listing are estimates.

Custom and bulk orders

Custom and bulk orders are quoted by email. A 50% deposit by Square invoice books your slot and the balance is due before delivery. Changes after you approve a quote may change the price or the date. Concept images from our preview tool are illustrations to start the conversation, not a promise of how the finished piece will look.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, local pickup and returns are covered on Shipping & Returns. In short: custom and personalised items cannot be returned, and other items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Designs and what we will print

Our designs, photos and text belong to us or to the designers who license them to us. If you ask us to print something, you confirm you have the right to ask for it. We do not print other people's trademarked characters, artist logos or festival branding without permission, and we may decline any request.

Safety

Our pieces are decorations and keepsakes, not toys. Many have small parts, so keep them away from young children.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
