Shipping & Returns
Everything is made and packed by hand in Winter Park, Florida. Here is how it gets to you, and what happens if it needs to come back.
Shipping
Free US shipping on orders of $35 or more; $5.95 flat shipping below that. We ship within the United States from Winter Park, Florida.
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Larger or personalised builds take longer and say so on their listing. Once your order ships, US delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, and we send tracking as soon as it is on its way.
Sales tax (7%) is added to the items at checkout. Shipping is not taxed.
Local pickup and drop-off
For local and event orders we can hand things over in person around Winter Park and Orlando instead of shipping. Mention it in your request and we will sort out a time.
Returns
Custom and personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned. Any other item can be returned within 14 days of delivery; the buyer pays return shipping.
To start a return, contact us with your name and what you are returning. Once the item arrives back and we have checked it, we refund the item price to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please tell us as soon as you can and send a photo. We will make it right.
Custom and bulk orders
Custom and bulk orders are quoted by email. A 50% deposit by secure Square invoice books your slot, and the balance is due before delivery. Event orders can be shipped or handed over locally. See Bulk & Events for how it works.
